2027 Chevrolet Silverado: a focus on technology and off-road capability

The 2027 Silverado lineup includes WT, Custom, Trail Boss, Custom Trail Boss, High Country, and ZR2 trims, while the base LT has been replaced by a simplified Silverado version. The main focus is on the off-road Trail Boss and ZR2 variants.
The Trail Boss has been raised by 2 inches and now comes with 34-inch MT tires, while the ZR2 features 35-inch wheels, a suspension lift, and preparation for extreme off-road use, including underbody protection and reinforced dampers. All 4WD versions now come with the Z71 package.
Inside the cabin, there are large digital displays of up to 16.3 inches, physical buttons are retained, and modern driver-assistance systems have been added. The lineup brings back the 5.7L V8 and 6.6L engines, with no hybrids for now. The starting price in the US is expected to be from $42,000.
