Since 2012 I have been waiting to buy the most popular electric car - Nissan Leaf, but paying my government severe duties and fees and is not my style. For three years I monitored the laws that our hard working public officials pushed forward and finally in the 2015 they finally lowered some import duties.

Since I have vast experience in buying products from our friendly United States , I decided that I will buy the car by myself.

Letters sent out to dealers that sell Leafs led to nothing, or they didn't answer or nicely declined to sell the vehicle for export. Then I went about it another way, called all my friends with a question if anyone had any friends in USA that sell cars. Fairly quickly I was recommended company AutoBazar.US from Ohio. Called in, quickly found a needed contact (Gary-Manager of AutoBazar.US, real salesperson, this is how I call people that can find a way to work with any potential client).

For Gary the sale of the Leaf was a first, just like for me the purchase. Therefore we spent a month looking for a fitting car: no damage, end of 2013, white, one owner, high rating from the auction and the most important low price!

During the whole search progress Gary helped a lot and gave advice on what car I should bid. There were lost lots. And finally, in march I bought a white leaf with score of 4.8, December 2013 production, with clean history and 19,000 mileage. In about 10 days AutoBazar.US setup a delivery of the vehicle to the port of New Jersey. Shipper was chosen just based on who had faster consolidation for container. Payment occurred after delivery to the shipper with the release enabled. Therefore everyone who is afraid to be dropped, I will remind you: this is USA, if everything is done legally there is 0% chance of scam (who uses ebay, amazon and other services will back me up)

Two weeks waiting for the loading unto the ship and one month delivery to the port Odessa and here is my long awaited electro car.

Working with company AutoBazar.US was a very good experience from the first meeting. Car was constructed for factory order. I live in United Arab Emirates,but, sadly local official dealer trivially did not give a quote for a desired vehicle. Arab view on this business is not as legitimate as one would like. Just compare official corporate websites of BMW in USA and Middle East, specifically UAE. After configuring a car I want and relaying all the options to the manager of the company, in a very quick manner I have received photographs of real cars on lots via email. Therefore, company AutoBazar.US replaced official BMW dealer in UAE. For which I am very thankful to them. Everything was done quickly and fair. Which, sadly, is hard to find now days.
